Hassle Free Returns 

Returning health boosting supplements is no fun. But at least we make it easy and hassle-free. Call us at 1-800-HEALTHY if you have any questions. Start by referring to the packing slip in your package. You’ll see detailed instructions on the back. Here are the basic steps to take:

  1. Pack your nutritional supplements securely in the original packaging (if possible) or an appropriately sized (protective) box. Cover or remove all original shipping labels on the box or package.
  2. Complete and enclose the return form, on the back of your packing slip, with your item. Please fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an account credit, exchange (a different kind of health supplement) or a refund. Please don't tape or staple the packing slip to your returned item. Leave the packing slip loose inside the package.
  3. Keep your packing slip order information until your return is processed.
  4. Ship the return package to:

If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item returned. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Most supplement returns don't require having to call our Customer Service Team. Yet they’re ready to help you if you need them. Just call 1-800-HEALTHY. Simply follow the return instructions on the packing slip that came with your supplements.

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Oh goodness! This is extremely rare. Yet if your supplements are damaged during shipment, we want to get you taken care of as soon as possible.
